DETROIT (WKZO) -- Nearly 32-hundred Detroit pensioners will soon be able to vote once again on the city's restructuring plan. Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr's office announced Wednesday that they have sent out new ballots to replace those sent in early May which had errors about how much money current and former workers would have to repay the city.

As a result of the recalculations, about 13-hundred pensioners will not have to pay any money to their annuity savings fund while the rest will have to pay less than what the city had printed on the first batch of ballots. The new ballots need to be returned by July 11th.
