UNDATED (WHTC) -- The National Weather Service is calling for a slight warm up for next week with temperatures above the freezing point. While we will appreciate the warmer weather, there are consequences with one of the biggest (no pun intended) being potholes. Ice and snow are keeping the potholes full right now but once that melts, look out! Another problem will be flooding on the roads. If you can’t tell how deep a puddle is, avoid it if you can. Refreezing will occur during night time hours, especially on bridges and overpasses.
