LANSING (WKZO) -- A push to lift a statewide ban on logoed barware items continues. Glasses, napkins, coasters, or other barware with logos of brands on them are banned by law in Michigan, with a few exceptions.

The Michigan Licensed Beverage Association's Scott Ellis says a Senate bill that would lift the ban has been tied to another measure that would regulate some breweries in Michigan, and his group would prefer to see the legislation acted on separately. He says he thinks any good piece of legislation should be able to stand on its own.
