WASHINGTON (WKZO) -- Michigan Congressman Mike Rogers is being mentioned as possibly the next director of the FBI.
The FBI Agents Association is reportedly urging President Obama to nominate Rogers for the position. The Representative is a former agent who serves as chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
Current Director Robert Mueller's ten-year term expired in 2011, however it was extended two years and will now end in September. Rogers is currently serving his seventh two-year term in the House.
