Lansing City Council now has in front of it the list of recommendations from the so called financial health team to help square the city’s finances. Among the highlights is a request for the police department to make a million dollar in retirement concessions during its next contract negotiations. Hikes in utility rates from the Board of Water and Light are also recommended.
