Robert Plant to Perform at Inaugural JamBase Live Music Festival in July

Robert Plant has scheduled his first U.S. concert appearance of 2013.  The Led Zeppelin singer and his new group, Sensational Space Shifters , have signed on to take the stage at the first edition of the JamBase Live Festival, which takes place July 5-6 at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington.

Additional acts tapped to play at the fest include Bruce Hornsby & the Noisemakers , Robert Randolph & the Family Band , Galactic , Railroad Earth , Michael Franti & Spearhead , G. Love & Special Sauce , Slightly Stoopid and Rodrigo y Gabriela .

Meanwhile, first up for Plant and the Sensational Space Shifters is a tour of the Pacific Rim that's scheduled to kick off March 21 in Singapore.  The trek will then visit Australia before winding down with two shows, April 9 and 11, in New Zealand.
