Michigan State kept its Big Ten title hopes alive with a 58-43 win over Wisconsin last night at the Breslin Center.  Keith Appling led the Spartans with 19 points and Gary Harris added 11.  MSU, 23-and-7 overall and 12-and-5 in the Big Ten, can claim a share of the regular season title with a win over Northwestern and a Michigan win over Indiana on Sunday.
