2013 is turning out to be quite a busy year for Graham Nash . In addition to his previously announced European tour dates with Crosby, Stills & Nash in June, July and August, the singer now has scheduled a series of rare solo concerts in September. The shows, dubbed "An Evening with Graham Nash," will run from a September 11 performance in Burlington, Vermont, through a September 29 appearance in Tarrytown, New York.
Nash will be accompanied by two members of CSN's touring group, keyboardist James Raymond and guitarist Shane Fontayne . All of the dates will take place on the East Coast.
"The chance to play my songs with two such great musicians is thrilling to me," says Graham in a statement. "I don't do this often and I'm so looking forward to the tour. A splendid time is guaranteed for all."
Pre-sale tickets for the shows will be available at GrahamNash.com starting Wednesday at 10 a.m. local time, while general-public tickets for some of the dates will go on sale this weekend. For each ticket purchased to his solo gigs, Nash will donate $1 to charity.
The solo outing will coincide with the release of Nash's autobiography, Wild Tales: A Rock & Roll Life , which will be published on September 24. Fans purchasing pre-sale tickets will have the chance to pre-order the book at Graham's website for the discounted price of $24.80.
