Christmas finally is here and, just like so many other people around the world, plenty of famous musicians will be spending quality time during the holiday with their loved ones.

Bon Jovi 's Richie Sambora says his Christmas will be spent with his teenage daughter Ava , whose mom is the guitarist's ex-wife, actress Heather Locklear .  Sambora says he and Ava will "stay home first," enjoying "the tree and the food."  "After we do that, we usually hit the beach for a week, to get her ready for going back to school," he explains.

Asked if he has any special Christmas dishes he likes to prepare, he laughed, "I don't make anything. Are you kidding me?  I've been on the road for 30 years, man!  I just dial room service, baby!"

Veteran singer/songwriter Kenny Loggins also has a teenage daughter, and he says they have a fun annual activity that they enjoy doing together.

"My 16-year-old daughter and I have been putting up a Christmas village of those little ceramic Dickens houses," Loggins explains.  "We usually add one each year, so it stretches across the entire dining room/living room area.  And it's really the way that we emotionally bring in the holidays."

Hot Tuna has had a busy touring schedule that kept them on the road through Thanksgiving, but singer/guitarist Jorma Kaukonen and bassist Jack Casady will have a little break at Christmas.  "We'll be home for Christmas, which is going to be nice," Kaukonen tells ABC News Radio.  He adds, however, "We have a tour that starts on the 2nd of January, so we're zipping in and out."

Ex- Runaways singer Cherie Currie recently told ABC News Radio that she is "trying to convince" her former band mate Lita Ford to spend the holiday with her.  Currie and Ford recently rekindled a friendship and recorded a new single titled "Rock This Christmas Down" together.

Yes drummer Alan White , meanwhile, tells ABC News Radio that he and his wife, Gigi , likely will visit "quite a few people around the area," referring to their home city of Seattle.  He adds, "We just have fun and enjoy the festive season."

Lastly, there's Moody Blues frontman Justin Hayward , who is planning to have a particularly laid-back holiday.  "I think I'm gonna flop down over Christmas and not do anything at all," the singer/guitarist declares.  "That's my plan.
