Back in June 556 people dressed up as Superman and broke the previous record. Well it has been broken again by 867 people at the Kendal Calling Festival in the Lake District. These people were gathered to support the Help for Heroes Charity, a charity for injured servicemen and their families.
In fact the company gave away hundreds of costumes to encourage people to join in the record setting attempt. IN all, 1200 people were at the music festival dressed as Superman but only 867 showed up for the attempt. Which was still enough to beat the previous record.
