Natural Peanut Butter - Is It REALLY That Much Healthier??

I recently bought a jar of natural peanut butter because I figured it would be WAY more healthy.  While being WAY more expensive, here is what I discovered on the labels:

Natural: 

"Regular" PB:

The difference??    A few grams of sugar...really not as significant as I thought.  My suggestion: as long as you eat it in moderation, save the money and stick with "regular" peanut butter!
