Auto World/Gas Guzzlin' Update: Toyota is recalling more than a million Corolla and Matrix models because of a problem that could make it hard for the driver to shift gears.  The cars are model years 2005-2008.  There are three accidents that may be related.  Toyota is offering a fix if drivers take the cars to the dealer.

Williams-Sonoma is recalling bottle warmers that have potential to overheat.  There have been ten reports of the Beaba Express Steam Bottle Warmers geetting way too hot.  In one case, an adult burned a finger on the hot bottle.  The warmers were sold nationwide at Williams-Sonoma stores and on their website between June and July of this year.  The company says it's important to stop using the product immediatly.

Another baby product recall.  This is one for infant and toddler hammocks that pose a suffocation hazard.  There haven't been any injuries, but three people have reported hammocks made by MamaLittleHelper have become unbalanced.  One of the reports was from a mother who found her 2 month old crying, facedown.  The hammocks were sold exclusively on the MamaLittleHelper website between May 2008 and February this year.

Char-Broil is recalling its vertical gas smoker because it could explode.

The company warns an explosion could cause the door to burst open and hurt anyone standing nearby. The problem is with the fuel hose.  When the temperature is set to low, it doesn't get enough gas flow.  The flame goes out and propane builds up inside the smoker.  When the flame is reignited, an explosion occurs and the door blasts open.  There have been five reports of injuries.

The Char-Broil smoker was sold at Walmart and other retailers March 2008 through June of this year.

You can call Char-Broil at 1-866-671-7988 or visit them online for more information.
